Studie zeigt: Bürobeschäftigte insgesamt zufrieden

2013 und 2014 führte der bso Verband Büro-, Sitz- und Objektmöbel e.V. zwei Befragungen zur Zufriedenheit am Arbeitsplatz mit 450 Personalleitern sowie 1003 Beschäftigten in deutschen Unternehmen durch. Das Ergebnis der aufwendigen Untersuchung: Der Großteil der Bürobeschäftigten zeigt sich zufrieden, knapp mehr als die Hälfte fühlt sich am Arbeitsplatz sogar wohl. Doch gebe es auch einige Kritikpunkte, allen voran im Bereich der Kommunikation und Gesundheit. Nur jeder zweite Angestellte glaubt, sich gut an seinem Arbeitsplatz mit Kollegen austauschen zu können. Auch zeigten sich nicht viele Berufstätige davon überzeugt, dass sich der Einrichtungsstil im Büro positiv auf ihre Gesundheit auswirken würde. Geschäftsführer hingegen waren in den Befragungen insgesamt deutlich mehr von einem guten Arbeitsklima überzeugt.

7 tips for successful content marketing

For the past four years, the associated companies tmf dialogue marketing and piranha content & pr have produced dynamic content (articles and picture posts) for their clients on multiple digital channels – mainly in the fields of MICE and tourism. By using different tools in an intelligent communication system, relevant web sources can be identified and filtered in an easy and efficient way. The curated news and information get transformed into exciting and informative stories which then get distributed into websites, newsrooms and social channels & networks, are e-mailed and get transmitted to press and media on different media channels.

The team of tmf and piranha not only produces such content regularly but also reviews which articles are read and which topics are most successful on which channels. They also track if the selected content actually reaches the right target groups and constantly develop better solutions for a more efficient integrated communication.

Here are the seven most significant findings of this monitoring process:

1)    If you want to successfully edit content and communicate digitally, it is necessary to build up authority and get accepted as an expert within the community or the target group you write for.  This recognition can only be achieved by publishing relevant news and stories on different channels and on a regular basis. Patience is needed – this kind of expertise can’t be built up in only two weeks.

2)    Tag your articles with the right key words to be found easily by readers in contexts they are interested in. This is also crucial for google & co rankings and SEM.

3)    Articles must include links. That way, readers receive more information about the topic with only few clicks. Please note however: too many links rather cause readers getting lost in the maze of information and the main statement of the content vanishes.

4)    Articles on the same website/newsroom should get linked in a sensible way to create topical clusters and increase click rates. In the same way, social media and digital channels like twitter, youtube and newsletters should get interconnected. The reader is thus guided from one channel to another.

5)    Short articles with focussed information and at least one picture are more likely to get read than long flow text.

6)    Web articles should include notes about sources and editor as well as contact details of the editor or the company that he/she was writing for. The reader wants to know where all the information was taken from and where he/she can read more about a topic.

7)    Texts must provide added value to the reader, such as new information and inspiring stories in context with the topic. According to monitoring done by tmf and piranha, interviews, rankings, “best of” lists (“Best three restaurants in Budapest”, “Five historical venues in…“), general industry news, reports about authentic experiences made by buddies (tmf eventscouts) as well as announcements and invitations are favourite topics among tmf/piranha readers.

7 Erkenntnisse für erfolgreiches Content Marketing

Seit über vier Jahren produzieren die beiden Schwesteragenturen tmf dialogmarketing GmbH und piranha presse & pr GmbH für ihre Kunden dynamischen Content in Wort und Bild auf unterschiedlichen Kanälen – hauptsächlich in den Bereichen MICE und Tourismus. Mit einem ausgeklügelten Kommunikationssystem lassen sich nützliche Quellen einfach und effizient im Web identifizieren und filtern. Aus den kuratierten News und Informationen entstehen spannende Geschichten, die dann zielgruppengenau auf Websiten, in Newsrooms und in sozialen Netzwerken veröffentlicht, per Newsletter versendet und auf verschiedenen Wegen der Presse zugänglich gemacht werden.

tmf und piranha produzieren nicht nur laufend Inhalte, sondern überprüfen auch kontinuierlich, welche Texte gelesen werden, auf welchen Kanälen welche Themen am erfolgreichsten sind, ob die Inhalte die richtigen Zielgruppen erreichen und wo noch bessere Ergebnisse möglich sind.

Die sieben wichtigsten Erkenntnisse aus diesem Monitoring sind hier zusammengefasst:

1)    Wer im Internet Content schreibt und verbreitet, muss als Experte in der Community oder bei den jeweiligen Zielgruppen akzeptiert sein. Diese Position muss man sich erarbeiten, indem man regelmäßig relevante Neuigkeiten und Geschichten veröffentlicht und auf verschiedenen Kanälen auf sich aufmerksam macht. Das braucht Geduld, in zwei Wochen ist noch niemand zum Meinungsführer geworden.

2)    Texte müssen entsprechend vertaggt, d.h. mit den richtigen Schlagworten (= Keywords) versehen werden. So findet der Leser die Artikel leichter, und sie werden außerdem von Google und Co. besser gerankt.

3)    Texte müssen Links beinhalten, sodass der Leser mit wenigen Klicks weitere Informationen zum Thema findet. Achtung: Zu viele Links schrecken ab, der Nutzer verliert sich in all den Informationen, und der eigentliche Text gerät in den Hintergrund.

4)    Texte auf der gleichen Website/im gleichen Newsroom sollten untereinander verlinkt sein, sodass einheitliche Themenkomplexe entstehen und die Klickzahl auf der eigenen Seite erhöht wird. Genauso sollten die einzelnen Kanäle wie Twitter, YouTube oder Newsletter untereinander verknüpft sein. Dabei gilt es, die Informationen sinnvoll miteinander zu verbinden und den Nutzer so vom einen zum anderen Kanal zu leiten.

5)    Kurze Texte mit knapper Information und mindestens einem Bild werden häufiger gelesen als reiner Fließtext.

6)    Texte im Web sollten wenn möglich Hinweise auf die Quellen, Angaben zum Autor sowie Kontaktdaten des Autors oder des betreffenden Unternehmens enthalten. Der Leser will wissen, woher die Informationen kommen und wo er sich weiter erkundigen kann.

7)  Die Texte müssen für den Leser einen deutlichen Mehrwert bieten und Informationen beinhalten, die er noch nicht kennt. Laut Analyse von tmf und piranha werden Interviews, Aufzählungen/Bestenlisten („Die besten drei Restaurants in Budapest“, „5 historische Venues in…“), allgemeine Branchennews, Erlebnisberichte (tmf eventscout) und Veranstaltungshinweise oder -einladungen am häufigsten gelesen.
